On the 27th of April the
members of our association
took part in a
football match between Legia
Warszawa - Wisła Krakow. The football match took
place at Łazienkowska Street
3.
Before the game, it was known, that Wisła Kraków is
already the new crowned champion of Poland. So the Wisła
Kraków team was playing in Warsaw just for the prestige
and for keeping the opinion of the undefeated team in
the season
2007/2008. Legia
was still playing
for the promotion to the European cup.
The meeting of these two teams is always very emotional,
as it was also this time. Dressed in T-shirts and
scarfs
with Legia logo with our helpers we were
sitting in a special places for disabled.
Between the
audience and the field, thanks to that we had a chance
to have a closer look at our idols.
The good luck of Wisła Krakow had gone, they had lost
the game 2-1. Thanks to the 18 years old Maciej Rybus,
who shot two goals in the 29th and 48th minute of the
game. The honorable goal for Wisła Kraków has been shot
by Paweł Brożek in the 61th minute of the game.
The meeting has been watched by 9622 people, including
410 guests, who sat by the clock. For some people from
our
association
the visit to the
stadium
was a brilliant opportunity to take live part in a big
sport event.
